“Ordered on line.Pick ready within 5 minutes of order placed.Arrived at store but had to get in a queue full of people ordering in store, people asking questions re products etc.Stores need a dedicated counter for click and collect and another counter to move people across to that want to ask questions about products.Whilst I appreciate that at times stores dont have the staff to facilitate this, customers should be able to be prioritised based on how they order... just a thought...”
