“I hate change, and due to a mild OCD I am probably not the easiest customer to serve. I know exactly what I want and how I want it and nothing else will do! I had a terrible experience in Toni &Guy in Hitchins and at the very last minute Karen managed to make some space for me to have a haircut. That was in May and I was happy about it. The “big” test was today when, for the first time, I had my highlights done by Ben. I was nervous because I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done and more often than not the hairdressers don’t necessarily have a clear understanding of my “vision”. Ben got it! He got it immediately and he got it right! It’s probably the best colouring I’ve ever had! I am super pleased with the end result! My only concern is what if Ben leaves????? I don’t think I could compromise with anyone else but him!Services: Shampoo & conditioning”
