Ripped off my dad useing him taking the Ricky out of him he's retired still works and needs his car for work . They kept his car for 4 days he lost 4 days money after failing his mot and giving him over 1000 pound in repairs that need doing absolute joke this garage avoid at all costs . They even had the cheek to make a 67 year old man walk 40 mind to check if the car was ready because they couldn't even give updates on the phone call about his car going to ombudsman to get compensation for 4 days money he's lost they failed him on handbrake cables which they lied about needing repair and they fitted the cables on wrong yet still charged him and he lost 4 days money instead of 3 days money at work. If this garage continues to receive cars for custom just think of the money and time you could be saving going else where.

My tyre gauge on the car broke, so I was unable to get air into the tyre, and this was on a Sunday morning. Went to Formula One and received an excellent service in an emergency.

Bought my tyres online from the cheapest supplier and they were fitted by Formula One. What I didn't understand was that they are given a 4 hour time slot in which to fit them, so I lost my vehicle for, actually, over four hours as they were running late. This did not happen at another Formula One depot who fitted my tyres at an allocated time and took 30mins to do so. same company different branch ??

Bad service, work wasn?t finished told one time then have to wait around as not even done. won?t use again. Workers don?t seem to care at all. avoid!!!

Engine oil left all over engine bay and around car [front end] fuel filter changed and diseal spilt every where in engine bay and not cleaned when I turn my air vents on stinks of diseal. Run out of time so couldn't finish the job have to go back at my expense. Seems like no one actually likes working there poor service no pride in there work . Sloppy messy amateurs. Engine bay cover missing screws to hold it down again go to go chase up at my expense.

Regretting, unhappy experience.I read someone mentioned F1 Auto always miss booking and had MOT machine broken down. However it's the closest garage therefore still gives it a try. Turns out I tried both!Booked a MOT on the 24th morning, no call until I called back at 3pm. They said the MOT is not done due to the machine breaking down.They assigned me another time slot on 8 days later.When I arrived again that morning , the staff said I was not booked.They "offer" me another slot 1 week after but my MOT is almost due, I am not going to take the 3rd week waiting.When I emailed the CS about the missed booking, they replied "the machine is broken down the day before".Seems they always use this as an excuse.This is why they are so cheap, becoz of the service.

I booked to have a tire replaced with the manger Nick.I turned up and was meet by Glen who then told me it was not booked in and that they are to busy .Very poor service and typical big franchise they have staff that do not really care and full of excuses.

The appointment for MOT has been cancelled last minute in the morning with no alternative with other garage. I was left without a Mot and not able to drive the car. I do understand that the MOT staff has called sick however for such a big company should not rely on single member of the staff doing MOT inspection.Kind Regards

They snapped my locking wheel nut key, said it wasn't they're fault because the nuts were too tight. I explained they should have rang me before swinging on it so hard. They claimed it wasn't that hard so must have been a fault with my key. Photo is of the locking nut where they have somehow snapped the key and the profile in the nut so I think that must have been some fair force. They said they cant do anything so i would need to go get it removed by a specialist. They offered no apology even the area manager was looking after his boys but did say I could come back and they would use their specialist tools which contradicts what i was told the day before. I left them my truck again and they said they tried but they cannot be removed and would need a nut welding on the outside at the cost of £120+vat. I took the truck home and had all 4 locking wheel nuts off in 15 mins with a 3/4 socket and a hammer. So I wonder how hard they did try before telling me to pay for the welding process.
