Pre-arranged order did not arrive. Upon calling branch I was told it was a failed delivery. Why lie? Someone was waiting outside in the cold for 20 mins. Order was "re-delivered" by which time the order was 30 minutes late and pizzas were lukewarm.

What a joke ordered online I timed it the i had 5 mins Spare to catch a train only to be told we have dropped you pizza on the floor!! We will make you another one i said got no time give me a refund not once did I get a apologie!! I will never eat a domino's ever again shame on Hertford shop !!!

Delivery was "missed" after waiting an hour had to call them myself to check up on it. No apology just told me it would be 20 minutes and it would come to me. Absolute joke of a place, waste of my time will not be ordering again. Took another hour to receive my food wish I ordered Papa John's

Absolutely disgusting! Don?t order from here if you actually want to receive your food! We didn?t receive our order due to a road closure despite there being diversions in place. Didn?t receive a call until after the pizza had been taken back to the shop to let us know that we wouldn?t be receiving our order. The best offer they had for us to resolve the situation was to have it delivered the following day?.. good job Hertford dominos!!

Never even got my order we have a small road closure down our road with 2-3 different diversions but instead the driver took the food back didn?t even get a call to say they can?t reach me could I come collect and was offered maybe to deliver it the next day or refund

Once again domino?s excel themselves as a top pizza company. What an absolute joke of a place they really are. Management is so poor it?s laughable, how they have obtained the franchise is beyond me. Stole money on many two occasions now.I ordered on two different occasions, both times food missing and driver spoke with management. To be told that I would receive a refund for missing items. To this date not a penny paid back in my account.

I have had many deliveries. Most arrive cold and greasy. Delivery driver say it's been delivered and then wander around looking for my home without the pizza in a bag. Always over sold and under delivered. Plus very expensive . Avoid if you

Would rate 0stars if I could, wouldn't server me despite 1 hour before closing since it was such a hassle to cleaning a bit of flour. Had 2 arguments with other customers after they ordered online. Downright disgusting behaviour from a place that claims to be opem till midnight. Don't advertise opening hours if your gonna close earlier

Worst dominos I've been too. Store manager seemed useless and got somebody else to help me (which in itself is fine but it could have been handled a lot better) I then proceed to leave the store and find the store managers kid hanging out of a window asking for their daddy. Please look after your kids mate.

My daughter ordered two pizzas that were not delivered. Nevertheless, my Visa credit card was charged 30 GBP. The seller on the phone said with the second order that the first order would not be charged! Till now, I have not received a credit note. Never again!
