I go in Costa often with my daughter, and we have had to leave hertford twice without our frappe orders , due to ridiculous waiting times .. the coffee is nice , but omg are they slooooow , also have many items in the menu they don't actually sell , then they try and push some stale overpriced biscuit on you .. not for me thanks

We use this Costa after parking at the retail park, however the customer service levels are not good enough i?m afraid. For example, such as today, and fair enough he was trying to make a joke I think, albeit it was prolonged and it felt a bit like he was trying to pressure us into buying another drink (as we only bought one to share), ?do you not want a drink - how about a glass of water??, it was one of those things where if I knew the guy then I could/would have a laugh, but I don?t and it was in front of a busy shop. However my rating is based across a lot of visits, and reflective of the collective experience.

I went 19/11/2024 about 0830, the most friendly gentleman served me and my fiancé, made us smile and the hot chocolate was pretty good too. Give that main a raise in Salary costa.

Just a joy to visit. Staff are so pleasant & helpful. As a little old lady I ask if someone can carry it over for me so I don't drop it & they always cheerfully oblige. There is always a bit of friendly banter as today I was told there would be a delivery charge! Please keep up the good work? you are so refreshing.

If I want a coffee when I'm out in welwyn garden city I always use this one. Never had to complain. Most staff members are friendly, attentive and efficient

I wasn?t asked for this review but thought I should give them a shout. I must say that the service in this Costa could not have been better. Such a nice welcome, very polite and good atmosphere . Wheelchair friendly - a good clean , bright Costa with good staff . Well done ! We will come again

Possibly the friendliest Costa I have ever been to. All staff acknowledged every customer. All tables were cleaned, constantly. Even the toilets were clean, which you never find!
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor with lots of space between tables.

Been here a few times now, always good service, today served by Kaz very friendly and welcoming, quick service, I would of given 5 stars but unfortunately where I was sitting which was near the food counter was a load of ants crawling all over the top and side and a couple on my table which is a little of putting.Hopefully they'll sort this out for the sake of hygiene
