Our facilitator Nicola has been both supportive and encouraging and made space for the group and I to explore and navigate the rather tricky personal subject of domestic violence in a really honourable and helpful way. The group has worked really well together thanks to how Nicola has worked with us. I'm very pleased to have met these other, very normal guys trying to navigate something which is less abnormal now for men and I feel less ashamed and more empowered to own my present and future realities and move forward.”
