Arguably the nicest CeX I've been in in a long time! Found exactly what I was looking for (unlike in London ones, bizarrely). Friendly staff who were really welcoming. They clearly care about their customers and like having a chat and a laugh. Thanks guys!

Great little shop. Staff are super friendly if not a little eclectic although I personally like that as it adds to the character. So if you take the moment to make a little bit of small talk with the staff you'll generally leave with a little smile

I visit Hertford store when I?m in the area and enjoy the casual but attentive and knowledgeable staff ?can do? attitudes.I am always in store with special needs children and the non judgmental attitudes means I can shop without side looks.On a personal note? Great range of products and helpful friendly staff. Need a gadget or a game? If you don't mind second hand it's worth a look. Not always the cheapest but it's guaranteed

One of the best cex stores I?ve visited! The manager there is professional, polite& friendly, I had a few issues with a graphics card and he sorted all problems without issues or stress. Not the closest store to me but as it?s the best customer service experience I?ve received from any of the cex stores, I think I?ll make the journey to Hertford from now on!!

I visited this store yesterday (Friday 1st April)as my iPhone 5 was dying and purchased an iPhone XS Max from this store. I?m a bit of a dynosaur with technology. The two guys in the store were so helpful and took time to help and assist me with transferring stuff from my old phone. They went the extra mile plus and were patient and courteous. First class gold service. Thank you gents!

Good stock in store, but pretty naff if you want to sell anything. Took in an Xbox 360 and it apparently red ringed after ?moving slightly?. Got home, plugged in and it?s working fine!
