Just gone in with my friend, both of us has a dairy allergy so got alternative milks. Wasn?t asked if it was allergy or preference. Made my friends drink wrong (we also work in Nero?s in a different location). When asked to double check if her drink was made with the right alternative milk as it wasn?t written in the lid and didn?t taste it the barista got upset and snappy. The store was kept ok but the state of behind the bar was disgusting and needs to be addressed

Staff were friendly and very welcoming when ordering and the store was very clean which is always good to see!
Tiramisu iced latte was very yummy the only complaint I have is when I asked for coconut milk and my friend ordered soya milk for her drink they did not asked if it was an allergy to which both were. Both of our lattes did taste really good but team need to be careful when people order alternative milk. Service was little slow but it was also very the all the team were working hard.
Dietary restrictions: Lots of options for Duarte requirements which is better than most high street coffee places!

I have always favoured Caffé Nero if going to a ?chain? coffee shop, and this shop has been fine overall for years, however the interaction I had with one staff member today was odd - I asked for a takeaway Cappuccino, and my Wife wanted a canned drink, I asked for that to be unopened. The guy stared at me ?strangely? for about 5 seconds as if I?d asked for something strange, it was awkward and unnecessary, if you don?t understand what a customer is asking, then ask questions, don?t make things feel awkward and weird, as I was just asking for them not to open the can!
I?m giving 4/5 for my overall experience since using the shop.
