Unfortunately British Heart Foundation tests on animals in the UK, that includes Beagle dogs ?very outdated and cruel practise! I will not visit that charity shop during my life time.

Maria Lay, in my opinion, the most awful manager a store like this could have. She came in and was so horrible to all the volunteers that they left. The aim was to re-staff so she could train them up to do things in her new way rather than making the effort to retrain the volunteers, as any good manager would. A lot of the staff had given their free time to work there, for nothing, for an awful lot of years and were extremely upset to leave, even though they felt they had no choice. In my opinion Maria is a bully who treats her staff in the most appalling way.
