Very poor service ?

Yet another BP M&S with out of order toilets, it?s getting boring now and to the point where I?m starting to avoid these petrol stations. To make matters worse it?s located on a roundabout next to a very busy McDonald?s were there is a wait to enter resulting in tailbacks on the entrance. One of the coffee machines was also out of order as was the car wash. Friendly staff as always but that?s about it

This is true second BPme Garage that has failed to unlock the pumps - £400 in held card authorisations, a closed kiosk and no fuel. Just appalling service!

Automatic Car wash for £8. Comes out dirty and still wet. Drive straight to another car wash it was so filthy.

Go at your peril! Awful garage ...PLEASE BEWARE: I had a dreadful experience at the BP garage at the Tush Green roundabout in Hertford a few weeks ago. I therefore left bad feedback on their site. Their customer services department left a comment after mine saying they'd be in touch within 7 days, yet over two weeks later, no one?s contacted me! I can only assume the reply was to try to fool other people that they care about their loyal, long-standing customers which this just goes to prove that they don?t. This garage has turned out to be an absolute disgrace and the ?management? are clearly at fault, the rudeness of a female manager when she phoned me back was almost unbelievable. I am advising everyone locally not to now use this garage. I am also seriously considering asking the Hertfordshire Mercury to report the disgusting experience I had there recently. I wish I had gone elsewhere, in future I will go anywhere but here.

Once you get in off the roundabout all is good and spacious. The garage hosts Marks & Spencer. Coffee to take away. The problem is the shared access with McDonald's! Which can lead to unlawful queueing on the roundabout approach.

Standard petrol station with fuels, air and water. Drive in car wash is sometimes open. Access is sometimes difficult at lunch and dinner times due to McDonald's.
