Seamless service. Helpful and efficient staff. Only criticism is continual text messages reminding me of the appointment. And then a message telling me that mu eyetest is due.... 4 hours after it was undertaken. Recognise that computerisation enables efficiency but only if the programme parameters are sensible and accurate

Very easy to choose frames (choose first pair I tried). The lady who I spoke to about my glasses was very efficient. Only took 15/20 mins to get my new glasses ordered.
