Thin layer of grease over everything, even the salad tasted fried. Upset stomachs for us all afterwards. Yes - friendly family pub but got too relaxed with slow service.

Was really looking toward to our lunch here from the so called good reviews well don?t always believe good reviews I had a booking for 13 people , staff was rude , we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed , food had to go back 2 times as wasn?t cooked tables were breaking absolute disaster so not recommended coming here , and to top it off a lady behind the bar the older lady was extremely rude to my 18 year old daughter

A pleasant traditional village pub/restaurant with an extensive menu and daily chef's specials. Good car parking space, friendly efficient staff and well cooked and well presented food.

Had the most tasty Tuna Niçoise salad at The Goat yesterday. Huge lump of fresh tuna, lots of fresh veggies. Thank you Tom and team ????

Great food, delivered quickly and fresh. Tuna Nicoise salad was delicious, if a little bit pricey. They were very helpful with my dog too. Small, cosy pub vibe with a great menu.

Lovely little family pub, great outdoor area! Inside is quite cozy. Would be back to enjoy the outdoor area in summer!
