Went in there today with a very vague description of a book I had seen in there previously, the staff were amazingly helpful and found the book I was after. Everytime i go into this shop I only ever get great help and a warm welcome.

It speaks volumes to your shop when you walk in, pick something up, get talking to the wonderful staff and wall away wanting to be friends with them! I unfortunately didn't get the names of the staff members who saw me today but please pass on my regards to the wonderful duo who fangirled over the Persephone and Hades myths!
