I have had to take my elderly father to the Vodafone Hemel Hempstead twice this week to help assist him with his mobile phone so we have met everyone working in the store! On each occasion all assistants were so helpful and friendly and have a lot of patience and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this store! Thank you for all your help.

Old phone causing me problems new phone purchased Mr Colin Brown ( store manager) spent 2 hours assisting myself purchasing new phone and setting up new phone....patience and humour and professionalism all in one. Would always recommend this store and those working in it. THANK YOU

Went in to discuss my upgrade options. Was quickly seen by Alina who was an absolute delight to deal with. Saved me on my monthly payments and even got me over £650 for my old phone. 10/10 service.

Colin is so fantastic the only reason we go to Vodafone is because of him everyone knows him and he loves his job and his customers what a fantastic ambassador for Vodafone deserves a pay rise.

So difficult trying to speak to a real person, computerised helpline doesn't help at all so frustrating
