As Always, Vision Express in the Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead were welcoming, efficient and caring. Both with the eye examination as well as very professional in helping me to choose the best frames for the glasses I need taking as much time as I needed to select the ones most comfortable and suitable for me.
I would not go anywhere else.

The whole experience was smooth and efficient - I was welcomed on arrival, taken through for the preliminary routine tests straight away and shortly after that the full examination began, which was very thorough. I have my regular eye tests here because I value the professionalism of the company and feel confident that my eyesight is being well looked after.

My experience for the annual eye test has always been positive. The staff all work with a friendly efficiency and all the testing is carried out with confidence and full explanation. The new glasses that were required this year were delivered within a week.
