We recently experienced a very stressful situation when our honeymoon was unexpectedly cancelled due to a flight change. We were devastated and unsure of what to do?until we walked into the TUI Hemel branch and met Catt.
From the moment we spoke with her, she was incredibly kind, understanding, and reassuring. She took the time to listen to our concerns and immediately began working on a solution. Nothing felt too much for her?she truly went above and beyond to help us, and thanks to her, we were able to rebook and save our honeymoon.

Walked into the store, not having high hopes to be honest, wanted a little getaway for me and the hubbys 2 year anniversary. Sat down with Layla (I think her name was) and honestly was like a dream. Was so hopeful with figuring where wanted to go with the budget we had and what are preferences was and what we wanted to do. She was a lifesaver and just so helpful ??

We were lucky enough to be served by mainly Kai today, but with Catt and Dan close by too. They were a fabulous team and we came away with a holiday far better than we were expecting. We are very grateful and would definitely use them again, and recommend to others.
