Steven at the Hemel branch was amazing. Really helpful with great service and a great chap too. I had a snapped key; my new Polo key was created and programmed perfectly. No problems at all. Just how it should be. Thanks Steve!
My only negative comment is that I had to drive so far from NW11 because my local braches didn't have the key in stock.

Timpson, Hemel Marlowes saved my boots. ??
I?m shouting about this because I have taken my footwear to him for years. On this one occasion I was rushed and didn?t have time to get into town so I took my beloved boots to the one up by Tesco (Jarman park), I called prior to my visit to ask if they could do a repair that day, I was told no problem, I trusted the process, when I collected my boots I didn?t check them as I was in a limited lunch hour, got home to find the replacement tips weren?t even the right size, I figured for one dinner out they would be good and I would take them into town after as they were needed for that night.
Little did I realise they wouldn?t even last that long, I can only imagine the lack of stability in the tip being too small ment they were unevenly supported. They were what I thought was destroyed.
My thoughts were to turn to my usual repair within the Marlows, admit I had taken them elsewhere and see if he could work magic.
Well magic he worked, I am so grateful for this man?s pure skills.
Before anyone asks. I was not prepared to return my boots to Jarman park Timpsons, I had lost all faith.

I cannot tell you how highly I rate this shop (I should really know your name by now) I trust my, to me very very precious boots with you over and over, this one occasion I stupidly took them to another branch (purely for convenience) and oh my god they were ruined (this shall be in a review on their branch) but you within the Marlows shopping centre I shall never cheat again, your work is magic and second to none, not only did you bring them back to life, you saved them. I could have cried at how bad they were but you restored them to their former glory.
A true skilled worker who clearly enjoys your job.

I went to Timpson Marlowes requesting them to remove some links from my watch. The person tried and removed one saying that others are difficult to remove. I should leave my watch there for later to pick and told me very high charges. I didn?t leave watch there, thinking I?ll check with other shop as charges are very high. But when I reached home and checked newly bought watch , the links were made in a manner that could be easily removed without any tools or effort. I was shocked

I was there at 16.00pm 30-09-2024, The man who attended to me was very aggressive. I have been a businessman since 1984, and I have never been that aggressive. He tried to tell me that I was interrupting him, but I was still explaining, and my conversation was incomplete. Moreover, I told him that I had difficulties with English, and he kept telling me that I was interrupting him. He didn?t even apologize. In the end, it felt like I was the seller and he was the buyer.

I had to get a new proximity key fob for my car, called them up, spoke Steve, and he quoted me over a £100 less than anywhere else. The service was superb, he asked what level I had parked on, and he told me it would be about an hour, so I went for coffee. Sure enough, I got a call an hour later. Picked up the fob, he said he'd been to my car and made sure everything worked as it should, and it does. I'd definitely use them again.
