Steven at the Hemel branch was amazing. Really helpful with great service and a great chap too. I had a snapped key; my new Polo key was created and programmed perfectly. No problems at all. Just how it should be. Thanks Steve!
My only negative comment is that I had to drive so far from NW11 because my local braches...
