My wife was charged £20 for the purchase and fitting of a battery in my Casio Waveceptor watch. When I looked online I saw the battery was being sold for less than £5.00! When I rang Timpson I was told they were aware of the online price but they still stood by their price and would not accept it back once it had been connected. Needless to say I am not happy with them whatsoever and regard them as nothing short of common thieves.

2 attempts to cut keys, first neither worked, second one key worked. Expensive compared to other places was just handy to use as was shopping at Tesco. My advice go to Motorway Belts, cheaper and right first time.

I took a new pair of boots to change the heels and they destroyed my heels, they look really ugly, I'm very disappointed. Avoid , avoid Timpson Tesco Jarmway.

Been here four times. Once for a key which they kept messing up and had to go back 3 times. Another time for a watch and they were closed even though it stated they were open online. One of the times they refused to help as they wanted to go home early as it was a Friday. Not good at all.

Over some years service and performance good. Recently not. I am trying to collect a pair of shoes which were not mended properly. Have been up twice now at around 4pm only to find nobody there and a "Back Soon" notice saying 5:15!!! I have now been ringing since 4pm today before I set off. Now 4:45 and no pick up.
