The staff in the store and the service they gave to my wife and I was excellent. They activated our new phones and demonstrated real customer service and in our case patience with our lack of user knowledge. Well done guys.

The assistant manager was so nice and could not of been more helpful when I went into the shop today to try to sort my son?s phone which had stopped working with him in Vietnam. Apparently it was an outage and he spoke to my son and told him what to do. Which was totally different to the phone call we had with 3 earlier. I can highly recommend this branch as twice before they have been fantastic. Thank you 3.

Nicely surprised!I went there with my daughter who?s phone was still part of my contract. She's now 21 and would have liked her own account, and I had to be present for this administrative adjustment.As this was being done, I had a casual conversation with one of the sales team staff about upgrading my contract and phone early. And him and a manager found me a perfect plan. Trading my old phone to cover the early upgrade, getting 125 Gbytes of data instead of the 12 Gb I had, and a new S24. And the beauty of it, is a refund on my account for the excess of money with trading my old phone. That was a nice 70 quid, can't complain!If uou need something special,b if you're looking at saving money or buying a new phone, I recommend going to the shop as many options are available and the staff seemd to have a good knowledge of their products and services.

Went in with a handful of printouts from emails of expiring contracts. No idea any more what some of them were.Josh, the store manager spent an hour with us identifying each number and when last used.Wrote everything down for us and updated all accounts with the required information for us to be able to cancel.Amended those we want to keep, and upgraded my wife's tablet. Five stars for that alone - I can live off the brownie points forever!Seriously good customer service. It is what has kept us with Three over the years.Thank you Josh and Luke. Made a stressful day better ( and Josh even chased us down outside after we forgot the list he wrote for us)

Excellent customer service. I bought a samsung galaxy in another 3 store a few days previously. They hadnt completed the set up and the Hemel branch finished off the job going above and beyond. Super helpful

Customer service at this branch is absolutely fantastic. I went in for an upgrade and was served by Aleks who couldn't have been more helpful, genuine advice, he made sure i got the phone i needed and wasn't just trying to make a sale. I highly recommend this branch, I dont live in the area but would be using this store again purely based on the interaction i had with Aleks. Thanks again for the help and great customer service. ?
