Disappointing experience. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. I was lied by the director & shareholder who never replied back to my emails after agreeing a certain price. A staff member came back to me with a breakdown of pricing after 3 months. Absolutely disappointing. To be avoided. They?re money oriented with zero customer service skills.

Very helpful team, and even with some IT Comms issues first morning, plus replacement of faulty door lock, everything rectified very quickly.It is a lovely office, and feels very comfortable to work in.
