I had my first snowboarding lesson today and I will definitely be returning.
For my first time on a slope I was totally at ease and eager to give it a go. We had Lexi tutoring us, showing us all the basics and being super supportive as we tried it out. Lexi created such a chilled environment, no pressure and ensured we all had the best time.
The centre itself has everything you need, great atmosphere and good food.
All the staff are super friendly and on hand if you need assistance for anything whilst getting kitted up.

Great place, staff, equipment and the snow feels and rides like the real stuff on holiday. Perfect place to train or warm up before the big holiday. Make sure you use membership if your going to do lift passes and go more that twice in a month.

If you're looking for skiing lessons, this is the place. 10/10 experience with everything from sign in right through to having a beer at the end of the session with our instructor Gregory.
John who helped us with getting our skis and boots from the hire area was super friendly too.
We went in on Level 2 and Amy (I think!) saw we were picking it up quicker and kindly bumped us up to Level 3 with Gregory part way through. Both instructors were incredibly friendly, patient and actually wanted to be there and help.
For the first time in a long time, we've gone somewhere which doesn't feel like a money grab. We booked through a deal which also included a drink at the end - did they need to do that for the price? No. Could they have just given us some squash or soft drink? Yes. Instead we had a whole list of options to choose from at the beginning of the session and then after finishing the session, we had an ice cold beer ready and waiting for us as we had a debrief and chat with our instructor. Amazing customer service and the extra gesture is really appreciated. We'll definitely be back (next week infact!)

Free drink after the lesson and free use of the lockers is a nice touch. And the instructor signed me off for 2 levels in one lesson, which is nice to know that they'd rather progress you faster if you're capable than milk you for extra lessons

Had Archie as the instructor for me and my mate's level 1 snowboarding course. Couldn't ask for a better teacher. Looking forward to coming back!

Some muppet (me) left a bag of thermals, gloves etc when we were there for a schools race. All the team were brilliant at helping me track it down, and helping with collection by courier (we live 3 hours drive away!).
Special thanks to Lauren for making everything happen so smoothly.
