We had a lovely lunch of fish and chips and joined the diamond club so got a great value meal with a free cup of tea ? Our waiter was so friendly and helpful and we weren't rushed when we finished. Highly recommended

Went for Carvery on Tuesday at 5pm, but no Beef,no Chicken, no Lamb. Staff said it was all eaten at Sundays carvery.Only Turkey and Pie left, WHICH IS NOT A CARVERY.Then chose Pork Belly off main menu, and they were out of that as well. Absolutely livid,and close to walking out, but Wife talked me out of it.Ended up with boring Burger and Chips. Was going to have desert, but decided not to in case they had run out of that as well.Went home and ordered desert online from Creams.Wont be going to the Plough again.

The four of us enjoyed Saturday lunch at the Plough. The food was excellent with a good range of dishes on the menu. All the staff were very efficient and attentive, including our friendly server Victoria who helped in our choices from the inn?s menu. The designer restaurant and marquee are both welcoming and comfortable. Well worthy of a return visit!

Our go to local. Overall good. Good service and choice and nice ambience and decor. Busy in pub area but that's ok on a Sunday afternoon! Roast potatoes excellent! Just bits on the food please..chicken pie was too dry. Gravy helped. Kids fish and chips two fingers seem mean! Maybe a bigger child portion? Apple tumble had sprinkling of crumble, put more crumble to apple ratio! But overall good. We always go back.
Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu. No playarea or outside area for kids as its all outdoor food and drinks too since covid.

Came for dinner with my parents and my niece who was over from France. None of them had been before and were impressed with the choices available, prices and the quality of the food. They all said how lovely it was and they would happily eat here again.
Parking: Parking is available at the side and back of the building with a small parking area to the other side and parking out on the street.
