Terrible customer!!! service lady serving me in warners end tesco express 22/3/24 4pm walked off in the middle of my transaction. I was canning my club card. She then started serving someone eles on another till I was was standing waiting to pay cash. Then another member of staff came along and asked if i was ok. I said "no im waiting to pay" then
She started serving someone eles then when the girl was asked why she left me she shrugged her shoulders like she had no idea what he was on about. No apologies. You can't just walk off while serving
someone.

It's Tesco, what do you expect?Rude members of staff, security guards who look down their noes at you, a bit of discrimination against you?Yes, every little helps bring them a 1 star review.Do yourself a favour and go to the co-op just around the corner, every one is nice there and better quality food!

Actually embarrassing watching that woman staff member treat a lady and her child so badly ! Tesco come on and pull your socks up this isn't acceptable and the manager needs reviewing also . Customer service at its finest NOT !

If I could give a zero I would again one particular member of staff we'll call short eastern women I would give a name but she never has a badge on. But again she was extremely rude practically throwing my shopping at me once scanned, again I purchased some cream cakes for my dad and again she feels the need to tip them upside down and ruin them even though I percent them to her showing the barcode. And when giving change and recipe she always throws it down on the side and never hands it to you unlike some courteous staff so I will be complaining again to head office of this disgraceful behavior and rudeness. 0*

This store is horrendous I find most of the staff extremely rude and arrant, I'd love to name names but I'm sure this review would be removed. I recently visited the store to purchase some items and at the till was a small asian/Indian woman and she practically throws my items at me once they had been scanned, one of which was some cakes which were destroyed by the time she flipped the box looking for the barcode even tho I pointed it out, this is also done by a small asian/Indian men who works at this store. So I believe Tesco really need to teach there staff some manners and courtesy towards customers in future or I'll take my business to the co-op round the corner as they are more welcoming and polite.
