I had a Tesco delivery yesterday morning and a guy called jack delivered it. He was so incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. I?m not a morning person and even with the craziness with my kids running around as I packed my shopping, he managed to make my day start off great! He?s an absolute gem to the company

Usually get what I need in here hassle free. I usually visit either this Tesco or the one in Watford at Waterfields. Staff are friendly too.

They hired a new girl in Tesco?s Jarman Park Hemel Hempstead. I am not sure if she?s new, but anyway, never seen her until today. Her name is Morgan. I have never seen a lazier, more disgusted employee of their job than her. I asked her to remove the tags for me from a couple of liquor bottles, and she looked away, pretending to be busy. She wasn?t. Terrible attutitude.

A very competent, friendly young person I think called Mo from backery department was very helpful in helping me find grocery item , i couldn't see it saw this person that was around breads went out of his way to help me, very polite, well mannered. Thank you.

This store is terrible we went inside and all the people looked at me like I was guilty and I stole something then a lady called Lynn who joined the job in 2024 took all of my stuff and told me that I has to remove the tag when it is there duty to remove the tag and she said to me if I Don't like this store I should go to a different store like that is so mean to say this is actually the second time they have done this like I am fed up with this if they do it one more time I don't care and I won't listen to whatever they say and I am just going to leave without talking to them come on tesco like this is Terrible customer service and you have to improve your price too like lidl and aldi so fed up lidl is better

the meat in there is absolutely disgusting! I will never buy any Sunday meat from there again. in future I will buy my meat from Liddle or Aldi. what i brought yesterday was that bad it went in the bin!!

This store offers a good selection of local groceries and vegetables. While the variety of tropical fruits and vegetables is somewhat limited, there is a decent range of pulses and grains available. If you're looking for something specific, it's best to ask the younger staff, who are friendly and helpful. In contrast, the senior staff members are generally less approachable and not very helpful. Their responses to questions can be amusing, ranging from a vague "somewhere over there" to a cold shrug, depending on ?who? is asking.
