I can not remember how many times these people have messed up my mums meds.
They tell you one thing and do another.
Always low on stock.
Go somewhere else for medication

Lack of staff
Only 1 tesco employed pharmacist / pharmacy manager and rest covered by Locum - who most of the time have no idea where "over the counter" medicines are located in a very small area of pharmacy.
Lack of knowledge when tesco staff are there and instead of seeking help from on duty pharmacist, they simply deny having the item.
Unable to efficiently deal with que and most of time the focus has been to shift the que in busy times by simply saying - item not in stock!
If Tesco Extra hemel struggles to keep basic pharmacy services with decent knowledgeable staff, please shut it, instead of wasting people's time.

Rude staff who think they know better than the NHS website. NHS say to get medicine from pharmacy over the counter. Rude staff insist it's not available over the counter. When shown the NHS website article they say and I quote "I've never seen that website before". Their junior college then pipes up saying we can get it but we don't have any an it's been on order for ages. Why not simply start with that rather than having a argument with a customer and trying to show how superior you are (even though you are in fact, wrong). With the NHS pushing minor alignments on to pharmacists, you need to have faith they know what they are talking about. Or at least know what the NHS website is ....

Was a bad experience, do not advertise you opening at 9 am if you cannot do anything till 10 am. People are coming because they need medicines not for fun..

I can say that there is no difference between other pharmacies in HH. I have been ordering medicines there regularly for a year. It happens that you don't have it in stock, but you always get a suitable replacement if you accept such a change. notifications with text messages sometimes do not work as they should. And unfortunately there is one lady working there who is very unprofessional and is always not nice. The other staff are very helpful and friendly.

Went to the pharmacy on 02/09/2023 at around 6pm, about my prescription which had been put in by a doctor on Friday, however- it turns out it had never been put in. Because of this, the pharmacist went out of her way to instruct me on what to do if it wasn?t on the system from today & gave me advice on what I could do for my pain.She was ever so helpful & resourceful.

Utterly useless. There is always a 20 minute wait. No seats available - would recommend getting some for those of us who struggle to stand for long periods of time. The past 4 times I have gone they have not got my prescription in stock or their system doesn?t work or some other excuse. So you queue and still have to go elsewhere. Save your time and hassle my friends and just go elsewhere in the first place.

I have been calling all day to find out if they have my prescription, they never answer. I will go there in person and they won't have it. I will chase the surgery who claim to have sent it 3 days ago.Rinse and repeat every month.Sigh.

Not often have they got a particular item in, and when it arrives after they have had to order it, they forget to notify you, always saying that they have supply issue, but when you call up another pharmacy, they don't have any problems and have the item you need in stock.

Horrible customer service. Medication is never ready and quantity is not according with the GP prescription. Lazy and inexperienced staff. Never went back again.
