Ordered tonight and said no lettuce or cucumbers due to allergies.
Order came and was filled with lettuce throughout. Called to complain and they said they were shut, and hung up on us.

The woman with short hair is very rude would not do ur order correctly and will charge u over price I go there every time and she did that multiple times the rest of the staff very polite and respectful but she?s gives very bad customer service.

Blimey, mate! At Subway, the cookies and sandwiches were spot on, proper delicious they were. But then, as we were leaving, things got a bit mental, didn't they? Vinegar everywhere, slipping on pickles ? a right laugh it was! Running from pickle chaos, that's a story to tell, mate! What a wild ride at Subway, cheers for sharing! ???

Not at all recommended.! Terrible service and not at all helpful when we want them to help with promotions and offers. Lady cannot heard me saying furious chicken and did whatever she liked and said furious chicken is gonna cost me more.

The Most pathetic excuse of a salad in the roll, if i wanted to pay £8 for a sub roll, i would go to Harrods, not a local Subway, what makes it worse is the roll was dry and rock hard, so would of knocked someone out if it was repelled velocity, honestly cant see how this franchise will exist in 6 months when there is no way customers will go back after food experience like that.

We were served with this African lady who was very rude with her service and wasn?t adding things as the customer is requesting for.She don?t even heat up the items which we ordered for.And for adding sauces she wasn?t even adding them to sub it was like a dash for the foot long.She dint even mention that there isn?t dine in option before ordering and after ordering she was very rude saying that we need to leave.Will never visit again to this branch.

bought 3 pots of meatballs and only got 2 pots. only had 3 meatballs in the pots. this subway is a disgrace. the other subway we go to give us about 6 meatballs in each pot coated in melted cheese.
