Ordered a sandwich online without Lettuce and Cucumber due to a severe allergy.
It came with both.
Called to complain and hope they'd send out a fresh one. They didn't take accountability and hung up.
Vegetarian options: They clearly don't care about your dietary allergies or preferences so they probably don't change gloves.
Dietary restrictions: They will actively ignore allergies and try to kill you.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I arrived at 8:10 p.m. and it turned out that you couldn't eat there anymore because they were closing. I checked, it closes at 9 p.m. You can't order coffee either, because the coffee machine is already turned off. At this moment, it was not possible to order E set. No wonder the McDonalds opposite is full and full of people.

Don't get the BBQ meat balls from here. Rock hard and dry in the middle. Terrible food. Wasn't even edible !

Just put the coffee in the cup!
Over TEN minutes for a takeaway coffee - the machine had no milk, then no water.
The staff member did not have a clue.

Appalling service, unfriendly at the desk and very abrupt, completely got my order wrong asked for a big cheese steak and god knows what I actually got no cheese and hardly any meat and very little salad and sauce honestly I will not be returning. Shameful service!

Illiterate staff!! I went for take away and asked for a plant patty and when I arrived home. There was no patty in my meal, just the veggies and bread. I am really disappointed. Then I tried to call them but nobody received the call. My experience was so bad with Subway at Jarman square.You need to educate your staff and pay attention with they are taking orders. My money wasted because of the staff member.

Absolutely useless staff, please train them to listen, also brush up their listening skills! Everytime I have gone in they have messed up my order - Subway I know this is a franchise but please don?t lend your name to branches where they can?t grasp the basic concept of customer service!

Went in yesterday at 20.00 and they said we couldn't eat it in the store and was take out only the store has a massive seating area and no customersSo we took our custom someplace that actually wanted it. This is not the first time I'm having issues with both branches in hemel what's the point of being open if you don't let customers eat!!
