Sandwiches were poor. The bread tasted stale and not toasted well. I was very annoyed when I got home to eat it. Funny thing is, I ordered the exact same thing from another chain last week and it was so good. Not the first time I've been dissapointed from this shop!

to be honest. i don?t want to sound mean or horrible or anything but the lady who was serving me wasn?t nice to me and my friend at all. when asking me what i wanted and me not understanding fully i answered her question how i thought i was supposed to but she replied back repeating the question interrupting me in a very rude tone. not only that she did not ask me what cheese i wanted and therefore put on a cheese that i do not like in my sub. i have had this experience before. not only that look at the meatballs?? it made me feel sick seeing this

Quick service and decent prices, it's a small restaurant so when it's busy it gets crowded, but a gem when there aren't too many people around. Great place for breakfast/brunch or a takeaway snack.

I found staff to be rude poor customer service. The place wasn't very clean either to be honest. The member of staff who served me could do with some customer service training that's for sure. So rude for no reason what so ever. I will not be returning to any store ever again im done.

The place was quiet and cosy and had a nice vibe to it. The employees were super kind and nice and the food arrived quickly almost as soon as we ordered it. Also they gave us a FREE COOKIE , if that doesn't prove this place isn't good I don't know what is `\_("~)_/`.
