This pharmacy is an absolute joke.I never leave reviews but feel it?s only fair to let others know.I have type 1 diabetes so have to regularly pick up prescriptions (that if I don?t get could be life threatening). Every single time I go in some error or other is made on their part, meaning I end up with only half or none of my prescription. After this happening multiple times I started phoning to check the full prescription is available before going in/there are no issues. Every time I am assured it is, only to go to the pharmacy and it not be available with some excuse or other. I appreciate mistakes happen but when I phone, the staff clearly aren?t even checking the availability, which isn?t acceptable.I?m going to move to a much less convenient pharmacy (location wise) just to avoid their incompetence.

First time going here, and would definitely go back if needed,Pharmacist on tonight was very helpful and friendly, I was seen quickly and efficiently, would highly recommend.

Staff on phone were good but girl on front desk was ineffective and didn't seem to know what was going on around her. Pharmacists were pleasant but were all chatting at the back while the girl out front didn't want to be there. Disappointing as used to the efficiency and professionalism of Fernville pharmacy.

So unhelpful the girl behind the till last night was so rude rolling her eyes when asked a question where something is ! She should be sacked! You either want to work or you don?t and this girl clearly does NOT! Get rid!

Couldn't a ticketing system be implemented for queuing where a number is called for serving?Unless you're aggressive and jammed against the counter you get overlooked. Poor me I'm too polite for my own good!Then the staff expect you to shout your personal details (Address, D.O.B.) across the floor with no thought of privacy.Never a pleasant experience here.

My partner has a peanut allergy and had to rush to the pharmacy to get some Piriton so he didn't have an anaphylactic shock. The girl behind the counter had no idea what Piriton was and had no sense of urgency to help him. She then took her time to find out what medication my partner should be taking (even though he already knew what he needed). She then explained she couldn't give him anything over the counter because he wasn't registered at the pharmacy and had absolutely zero sympathy. We then had to rush him to the hospital because she wouldn't help. I'm sorry but a person like this should not be working at a pharmacy! We also struggled to understand her because she was mumbling the whole time she was speaking to us. It's a good thing this reaction didn't kill my partner otherwise she would have been partly to blame!

Great service, when they say your prescriptions will be delivered they are. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. I have only been with them since the end of Covid. So I would recommend that you choose them for all your requirements. Carry a large stock of pharmaceutical supplies plus hair and beauty products. Great as they don?t close till 9pm.

I had my prescriptions redirected to this pharmacy to support local shops. They really need to sort out the retail side as queues are frequent and often slow moving. However I cannot fault the pharmacy side with checks on prescriptions and follow ups checking on any problems with the medication.

Excellent services for blister packs. I live 200 miles from my very elderly mum and when there have been changes of medication, they can been extremely prompt in rectifying the issue and go above and beyond. Thank you so much x

Exceptional service ... there for (Covid &) flu jab, only to find out from the Pharmacist that the main vaccine for flu is egg-based, not suitable for Vegans, which I am ...!This was resolved by her ordering an egg-free vaccine and a promise to call me back when it was received ... very efficient and informative ...!

Why can you never get through to these guys on the phone, can?t even leave a message. When picking up meds generally lots of people waiting to be served. They must be the busiest pharmacy in the World. Shame no customer service.

Their staff were helpful in advising a product for me, and they always have products in stock which are difficult to locate elsewhere. The Pharmacy is also nice and tidy, something which I appreciate. They had my asthma medicine when no other pharmacy could help, and for that i'm grateful.

No staff around at all just now. several people queuing for several minutes. When one assistant finally appeared by which time my bad cough was too much because I wasn?t well enough but had to go to pharmacy myself to get advice. She said Benylin and as I turned round to pick it up she served the next person for a prescription- as though they don?t take long enough to find prescriptions. Spent ten mins in there whilst v ill getting basic advice and no customer service. Basically the shop assistant helped someone queue jump leaving me there even longer to deal with my choking cough and spread germs. I told the shop assistant who asked who was next afterwards that I was being served, it?s obvious I?m not well at all and hard enough to have to deal with shop etc. Just no concern all she cared about was serving someone behind me! It?s their problem there was a queue yet made me queue twice! Just a modicum of kindness not to mention respect for a paying customer.
