Not happy, I could have kept my old glasses and got new lenses put in! But they told me to buy new ones which probably cost more money !

?Just say no? policy.
I?m a customer of Hemel Hempstead Specsavers for contact lenses. I went there today around 6pm to get my glasses adjusted which are not from Specsavers. An assistant looked at them and said she will adjust but it?s as my own risk as they are not from Specsavers. She went to the desk, and spoke to a tall man. ?Just say no? he said. There was loud whispering back and forth for a few seconds before he brought the glasses back to me. He said No. He said the policy is we can?t adjust the glasses because it?s from another store and if it breaks we can?t replace it. He did not allow me to fix it at my own risk. He said go to Vision Express or Boots as they might have the tools.
Funny enough, your store adjusted my glasses last year, when I was signing up for my contact lenses with you. Strange a few months later when there?s no money being exchanged you run the Just Say No policy.
