Had a fantastic group private lesson with Finley. The lesson was highly enjoyable and informative and Finlay was knowledgeable, and patient allowing us all to make a lot of progress. We would highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly! Bought two snowboards here, the website is updated and accurate with stock. Snowboards were well stocked and good variety for any rider. Really happy with the purchase and the service.

Always a lovely selection and neat and tidy store. When busy you can wait a bit of a wait for service but worth a visit for your ski essentials.

I will not trust this company again.
The staff here intentionally mislead my husband. After him spending the time to explain exactly what he wanted and when! He was completely taken advantage of.
Very disappointed with the service we received. When bringing this to their attention Shay couldn?t care less and we were informed that regardless of being mis-lead and mis-sold something that wasn?t even possible, they do not give refunds at all.
Dreadful customer service - avoid! Your policies need addressing this should not be allowed to happen! It?s daylight robbery.

Very disappointed to learn that Snow & Rock do not have any female Demo ski's to try before you buy at this indoor facility. So my wife is expected to fork out £400-£800 without ever being on snow, despite the slope being only yards away, makes no sense to me at all. Very poor.

This is a very good Snow and Rock.
They fitted me for new ski boots last season and the same staff member fitted my wife?s earlier today.
Staff are really experienced and knowledgeable. They took time to run through several boot options and foot beds etc. Not at all pushy and no hard sell to buy anything other than the equipment you need.
They seemed to have a very good range of gear. Helped by the free car park, the cafe upstairs and the option to use your new stuff in the indoor ski slope above it, I?d say it?s the best ski shop in or out of London and the South East.

Nice place to practice your snowboarding skills! It learn. I?ve got the 3h lesson and Kate was really good instructor to work with! All levers of stuff seems to be cool there, I have never had any issues when visiting!

Visited this shop as a beginner to try ski boots and I?ve never felt so u welcome! Staff member was extremely rude and condescending. Would not recommend this shop and have taken my business elsewhere
