Cup split so spilt coffee said sorry to cashier cleaned it all up and made another cup cashier took a second receipt from the counter and changed me for two

Diverted here whilst passing nearby for the low fuel price. Unfortunately my visit was marred somewhat by observing that the apparent sole member of staff behind the counter in the shop was on what appeared to be a personal phone call via his handsfree kit whilst actively serving customers, including myself. This is unprofessional, rude, and may risk potential data protection legal issues. I don't know about company policy for staff but personally speaking I wouldn't mind at all if the staffer was only on a personal phone call whilst not actively serving customers, but as soon as he starts to serve a customer he should have ended the active call. If staff morale and concentration and such is an issue then it shouldn't be a problem, beyond the likely need for a PRS license, to perhaps play some nice music or broadcast a radio in the store with the volume obviously carefully set at an appropriate level.
This experience won't stop me using Shell in future, especially if the price is suitably low at whichever petrol station I am near enough to, but from a company such as Shell I would expect a slighty higher level of staff professionalism than experienced on this occasion.

In dash prisce is diferent, when you fill up with fuel, another price rises, and there are no more options but to fill up..mislead people!!

Never had an issue here, definitely more expensive than the other petrol stations nearby but is convenient and has toilets and a subway

Not the cheapest fuel but if you are doing food delivery, the quote of fuel definitely helps don?t have to stop as often

I don't refuel my car here as there's cheaper places but I do go to collect parcels here when other shops aren't accepting them. This is my last choice for shops.The guy is always on his phone normally on a call with someone and when I go to get my parcels he always demands my ID. I've used multiple other shops in the area for my parcels and none have ever asked for my ID. Maybe it's actually a policy but I don't know.It feels like you're asking him to walk to Scotland every time you interrupt his precious calls. If the parcel collection service is such a burden on your staff why do it as I'd hate to disturb their phone calls again.I can see that you're not always gonna have customers so when there's no customers go on your calls but just tell the other person to hold on for a bit while you serve someone.

I?m a regular customer, at this shell station.What a pity it?s been several time I?ve asked to use the Lavatory,But it?s been rejected from the staff with different reasons how disappointed very poor customer service .

Terrible customer service. Guy remained looking down at what must have been his phone when I came up to pay. No real interaction. I then decided to eat what I had purchased at the shop while sat in my car outside. The guy kept on waving at me to leave the station/forecourt even tho I was the only car there. I?m a regular customer here but this guy needs some proper training. I will go Sainsbury or McDonalds next time.

Waited 1 and half hours to fill up watched people fill up cans as well as their cars when there is a fuel crisis and some of us only want the bare minimum to get to our destination, only to be told they are closed. I thought there was a £30 cap? Also when people filled up they hang around shopping when their cars should be moved to reduce the que. Disgusting management
