This place safe my life after I was unable to charge the car using the other company's connectors in my hotel parking lot and others nearby. The EV station works well with the fast charging connector. No need to install any app. Easy to pay by just tapping your credit card. Easy for tourists.

If it was an option to leave zero star I would have put Zero. Been in that garage few times about the issue, they created for me. In April I was in the garage to fill up my tank for about £15. Got to the till I tapped my card showed approved and the guy on the till asked me if I needed a receipt and I said no thank you. After one month I have received a letter from a third party company to say I haven't paid for my fuel and they are charging me extra £65. The footage on camera is clearly showing I was at the till. I am a professional work and working in finance and have not had any experience such as this. After Checking the trust pilot, I have realised that this is very common with this particular shell garage and a lot of people are complaining about the same issue. I wanted to speak to the shell garage manager and visited in few occasions and he refused to call me or even seeing me. I left my number various of time to be contacted. I have no choice but to raise this to a higher level in shell also will contact my local MP about this horrible experience. Please be aware of this and always ask for the receipt even if you don't normally asked for.

Bad experience, air pump working Only with cash but out of service with card and when I put 1 £ didn't work and I put another 1 £ total 2£ still air pump don't work, I ask for guy in shop for assistance or my money that I put back and he said he can't do nothing, worst place I have meet. Not recommended.

Changed hands and is now an independent Essar fuel station.
Much the same and if anything a little cheaper for the fuel compared to others locally.
Shop continues to be last resort late night prices.

The worst station ever is the second time when they lose a card, and after they dont care , I come from London to pay for dieselDon't use them who work there with no dignity on customer care.

The petrol station often places cones at the entrance, which lack proper visibility, especially at night. Despite the presence of open electric chargers and the shop, these cones obstruct access. Situated along a busy dual carriageway with a somewhat concealed entrance, this poses a significant risk when committed to turning in only to find it closed. Closure of the entire forecourt seems unnecessary when alternative facilities are operational. Clear, individual signage on pumps in case of fuel unavailability could prevent potential dangers. Urgent improvements are needed to avoid potential fatal accidents in the future.
