The staff are always rude and blunt in here. Screwfix elsewhere is always great with decent staff - they are noticeably poor here.

i went to screwfix hemel hempstead this morning ( 23-06-25 ), i was served by a young guy named josh, i needed some particular light bulbs and he could not have been more helpful, really polite , he kept looking till he found the ones that i needed, well done josh and thank you for all your help , a great asset to screwfix hemel hempstead

I went to Screwfix in Hemel earlier to buy a pack of kitchen cupboard door cushions.
I was helped by an extremely polite and helpful assistant called Maddi. She found exactly what I was looking for with no fuss.
Maddi is a credit to Screwfix.

I have been visiting regularly for years for various DIY projects and bits and pieces and the team continue to give great service here. Bonus tip - order online using the app and check in on your phone when you arrive in the store - this will save you queuing and make your visit quicker!

Very very helpful members of staff a lady served me . having never been there before I was after a white bib& brace large . for an up coming event and after a few minutes the lady found what I was after on the screen and placed my order and in less than ten minutes total I was walking out with exactly what I need at a reasonable price £22:99 it will shortly be dyed navy blue I'm just in the process of washing the new finish on it prior to dying it to navy blue thank you screwfix .And best of all I wasn't treated any different from all the tradesmen and other men awaiting to collect there pre orders... being the only female customer

Had to go there twice in 2 days...first day got served by Becca, really funny girl who was super helpful and second day got served by Jay...very nice man and also very very helpful!Just had to go back again and Lewis and Becca were 1. Super funny and had great banter 2. Extremely helpful!
