The staff are always rude and blunt in here. Screwfix elsewhere is always great with decent staff - they are noticeably poor here.

I went to Screwfix in Hemel earlier to buy a pack of kitchen cupboard door cushions. I was helped by an extremely polite and helpful assistant called Maddi. She found exactly what I was looking for with no fuss. Maddi is a credit to Screwfix.
