This Salvation Army has been unfortunately let down by its Hemel Hempstead centre manager. Another may experience her differently but shes certainly put myself and grandfather off of visiting, even though hes donated to the SA for years.
Do not trust the hours of operation on Google either, the staff have openly admitted they find it difficult to change them and clearly feel to above themselves to ask for help in doing so
