It's crazy I'm 46 years old and I've been putting my change in the charity dog box for over 30 years,not so much now as most of the check outs are automated and although it's probably alot more hygienic I still prefer dealing with people so use the customer desk,anyway a great a bunch of people seen them deal with alot of crap over the years and there always polite not sure if I agree with there view on promoting certain belief systems inregards to orientation around a certain month but that's a corporate decision, I still shop there and I appreciate everyone's service thank you

Oh dear Sainsbury's. Looks completely outdated. Urgently requires a face lift. Missing stock as well. Lots of Sandwiches missing at midday.

Either this Hemel Sainsbury's or the other Hemel Sainsbury's insist on parking outside someone's else's property that is not even the correct car park for the property they are delivering to and is not a parking space for a good reason because it has someone's bedroom there. They spend 30-40 minutes from as early as 6am smashing boxes around inside the van ensuring that we are on their same shift/sleep schedule and no care for those of us who may have just worked late. Please ask your teams to prepare for the days deliveries and smah boxes around on your own property and in your own car park. Customers services and the CEO don't care. Thankfully Plenty of other places to shop. They have gained one customer and lost another.

As expected of Sainsbury's it is always satisfying to shop and browse. This branch has a home goods section as well as Argos store on the premises very convenient
Sainsbury's brand food tastes great well sourced and prepared. Well worth the price difference

Nice local store that has most things, so don't need to go out of the way for the big store. The only irritation is the self service tills and the lack of staff near them, meaning anytime you need confirmation for purchasing items you wait an age.

Always pop in here to grab some essentials. Popped in today, Staff have that Christmas feeling, boss Stuart mucking in which is good to see. Great Store!! They all deserve payrises!! Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas all!

This sainsburys felt like going back in time 10 years. Very basic products compared to many other sainsburys shops

Never any tills open. I used to love it. All the staff were so lovely. Now you can not find anyone when you need help. Hate going there now. What ever happened to customer service!!
