Very rude staff, I asked if they can call me to let me know when my injection is ready to collect as the Nurse next door needs it. The women who works in there point black said No. large women black shoulder length hair

Small pharmacy within the premises of Fernville surgery. Used for over a decade, I remember it as Rowlands pharmacy before, probably changed. I find it very easy to use their service, polite and supportive stuff, very busy sometimes times indeed due to location. To replenish meds only call needed - they will request repeat prescription for you and all you need to collect goods in couple of days, very convenient.

I would give zero if I could this is a very poor pharmacy avoid if at all possible.
I had an urgent prescription from the Hospice of St Francis for some antibiotics for a kidney infection I do suffer from cancer I need these tablets urgently.
They could only issue 2 days worth of a 7-day course
I was told to return the next day Thurs which I did by taxi to collect the remainder, but they weren't in stock.
I asked to be given a prescription back so I could collect elsewhere
They refused to give me the balance so I asked for a docket I could get changed at any reputablete pharmacy in the town they said they couldn't do this as they had already dispensed part and it was made out to them I was due to go away for two nights which I did so they said they would deliver the balance to my home on the Friday so they were waiting for me when I returned on Saturday.
WhenI returned on the Sat no tablets ran out of urgent antibiotics and had a two-day break in the course.
Although the remaining 5bdays worth were delivered on the Monday am.
The demeanor of the reception
staff there is also poor and a generally uncaring. Not the pharmacists who are polite but seem rushed of their feet several of them.
The worst experience I have had from any pharmacy in Hemel Hempstead and I recall other poor performances over the years here, as this surgery is unfortunately attached to my surgery (Fernville) which itself is very good.
Hopefully they will stock more next time I need any and the Receptionist will be better trained and more civil when dealing with the general public

The young chap on the counter was very helpful and courteous and the pharmacist was also wonderful with my son during their consultation. My husband also attended previously for a vaccination and the pharmacist was extremely attentive and professional.This is not our usual pharmacy but I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Extremely miserable and rude lady on the counter serving this morning (Dec 20 2022). Barks at every person coming inside that it's a max of 2 people at a time then scowls at you after like were a problem. Here's an idea, put a clear sign up, then you don't have to breath venom fourty thousand times. Not a pleasant experience, would go elsewhere if there was something closer. They also never answer the phones despite 4 or 5 staff inside such a small room. Rubbish quality of service, sorry.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Can never find prescriptions , they do offer a delivery of medications but it a) never arrives or b) they don't bother ordering supplies . If you are on life saving medication or pain medication that's needed regularly go somewhere else!

Unwilling to stand in the narrow entrance to the doctors surgery with people passing very close to me, I tried to enter the small, although bigger than the entrance, shop. The assistant immediately chastised me, covid restrictions, for entering while they already had a customer. There is a sign on the door which is placed for the benefit of toddlers, so I hadn't noticed it on the way in. Clearly the shop is not fit for purpose during covid restrictions, waiting in the entrance or the walkway is not the place to be while others are passing. Gonna start using a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy doesn?t care abut the reviews. It has a captive client base, i.e. those who visit the surgery. Signage system is worn out. Pharmacy staff is unconcerned and often impolite to customers who do not understand the signage system which the pharmacy shares with the surgery along with the entrance.

Did not want to give even one star the pharmacy is a joke. Promised tablets to be delivered as my father who house bound. Could not be bothered to tell me we would not be getting them. Disgraceful service strongly would not recommend.
