We stayed 3 nights here and the room was 28oC at its coolest, 29 degrees most of the time. We couldn?t sleep. The fan provided was helpful but it was so warm it mainly just circulated warm air. The windows only open a small bit so that didn?t help. The corridor was cooler than our room! We were guaranteed a good night sleep but when we phoned customer relations they told us that it is only guaranteed as much as their terms and conditions are and it is stipulated on these that there is no air conditioning! It is unreasonable to expect people to have a ?good night sleep? when it is 28-29oC in the room. I challenge anyone to do so!

We had a very nice stay. Hotel is near Shell petrol station though no EV facilities and nearest EV charging point is 7 minutes drive away. Very nice bar and restaurant with a great breakfast with excellent service from reception. Rooms were clean and a good size. Thank you ??

Stay was okay . Room had few bulbs blown the sink sprayed it's water all over the floor an generally the decor is worn and needs a refresh. But it was clean .

Convenient location just off the main road, garage next door with a good selection of snacks, and McDonald's also next door for an easy dinner. Rooms were clean, and staff were helpful. Breakfast was served inside the hotels own building, it was good, with clean facilities.

Stayed in many a Premier Inn hotel lately and you always know what to expect.
Room is very comfortable.
Not a branded restaurant it was a new-style Premier Inn restaurant. Very busy so needed to book a table on arrival.
Reasonable prices. Nice selection on the menu. Beer was priced reasonably.

The rooms are everything you expect clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. They could do with more staff as the staff are good and very helpful but run off their feet in busy times.

It was over 30 degrees Celsius today. There's no air conditioning in the rooms, only a fan. Sleeping at 29.5 degrees Celsius is out of the question.

Hotel was good for the price point and the breakfast was well worth the money. However, our experience was ruined as my daughter left my wife's wireless buds in the room and when we remembered phoned up to be told they wasn't there. Obviously have a dishonest cleaner there as we know exactly were they were left.

I usually rate Premier Inn's highly as I love the brand but my gosh the room was boiling 24oc on the thermostat! That coupled with busy A road and 24hr Services adjacent meant window open wasn't pleasant and barely brought the temp down as window only opens a few inches. I concluded that the heat is generated from the hundreds of bulbs in the room (old style ones) and as it's dark early you kinda need to use them! Sadly I didn't get a lot of kip which is always guaranteed usually owed to their fab mattresses but the temp environment hijacked it :(
Good points: Nice continental breakfast and bath in rooms.
Sadly I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
