Absolutely useless ordering through just eat. Delivery eta of 35 minutes quickly gets delayed every 10 minutes.. 2 hours later and food still has not arrived. Tried to cancel order after a while but they claim they?re ?preparing your order? so you cannot get money back. Will not return

We were the first table sat down on the day of our visit, and as a large prebooked group I was disappointed that we were placed right by the toilets.
Talking of toilets they were disgusting, as I said we were an early group just after opening and the first people in the restaurant on a Sunday. So I cannot understand why one of the ladies toilets was blocked and filthy while the other had no toilet roll.
We asked to split part of the bill as we hadn't realised that we could use my blue light card, but we were given all sorts of excuses why it couldn't be done.
Won't be going back to this branch at all as felt that they made no effort to ensure that the group was happy.

Had my daughters party here it was absolutely a mess so understaffed the manager was rude and abrupt and just was not helpful. I had my other daughters one in Gerrard cross pizza express literally month before they had starters mains and dessert for the kids this one however denied doing it as apparently they stopped a year ago! Which was clearly false, if you want your kids to have good time with good service please book elsewhere not this horrible place!

The service was really bad as the main server was really understaffed and was basically doing most of the work so can tell it?s a managerial issue, the food was OK, but too much disgusting garlic. Kind of shocked that the food is more overpriced than an Italian retsauruant in central London. Pizza mushroom was really thin and not very tasty. General manager not around, probably at home not working. Worth writing to his boss

Had a lovely meal here on a Saturday afternoon. It was so quiet but that meant very quick service and our server was so friendly and efficient. Food delicious and hot- did 3 course offer for members, that's my daughter. Higjly recommend. Parking and shops nearby.

Really enjoyed our visit to Pizza Express. It has been a good few years since visiting one of their chain of restaurants but will be back...the pizza was rather good.
After a day of plastic smiles at one of the nearby theme parks (clue - multi-coloured blocks) it was quite refreshing to be served by someone with skill. Gordana made the visit totally worthwhile. That sort of service kind of reminded me of what it used to be like in restaurants where the staff worked hard to amplify the food.
Kids were well catered for also. Good work.
Dietary restrictions: Very helpful on dietary requirements (son has an allergy).
