Dont waste your money!!
Ordered 3 pizzas and dips, only half our order arrived as the delivery driver had given our pizza away and gave us the wrong pizza. Dips missing too. Also missing some of the additional toppings to one pizza. Ok, things happen...
We called up to complain and was told they would remake the missing pizza and send immediately. They then call us back over half hour later to ask again what we were missing! They had no urgency to remake the pizza so we asked to cancel the order and they promised a refund.
Nearly a week later no refund processed. Called up yesterday and was told the manager would call back within an hour. No call back. Awful customer service, I think they have no intentions of resolving and are fobbing us off.

Whenever I have issues with this branch it has always been through the app. Whenever I had called up they have been more than helpful this time being the same, I love papa John because of the special garlic dip and I wasn't able to order it on the app so I added to the delivery notes that I would like some if they had it in stock, I would pay for the added fee of the disp, and they delivered. Really shows the great costumer service, glad they are my local service.

Great branch, easy to order via the app, notification is great on the app when the pizza is in the oven or ready to collect.. simple to order and the pizza is very yummy... The only downside and it isn't the shop fault...
More to do with the council and turning every bit of parking in to blue parking... They really need to make them like 5-10 min parking for pick up ..

Probably the worst pizza I?ve ever had. Ordered a mushroom and ham and it virtually came without any toppings and that?s even cheese. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone and will be fighting to get my money back as I feel robbed. PLEASE DONT ORDER HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY

Incredibly disappointing experience, I ordered a pizza delivery through their website, paid and got a confirmation email, however after a while I started trying to track my order, after an hour it was still stuck on ?getting ready to make your order?, then after 1hour 30 I phoned and nobody picked up, several attempts later someone finally picked up and just told me they can?t do it without explaining why, and I would get a cancellation email and refund after 2 hours of ordering. This happened 24 hours ago now and still not received any email regarding cancellation or confirming I would get a refund. Very unprofessional and a waste of money.

I wish I read the other comments on here. Avoid at all cost. Order took nearly 2 hours and the store at one point didn?t pick up our calls.
