I ordered a gumshield back in July to give myself plenty of time for it to arrive for the new rugby season. The home impression kit arrived after several days and came with very unclear instructions which differed from the instructions online. I completed it and sent it back the same day 1st class, and then about 2 weeks later got a letter saying the impression wasn't right so they sent another kit (with no extra instructions to help where I might have gone wrong). Again I completed and sent it the same day, and heard nothing for weeks. Today I chased it up and apparently it never arrived, but they made no attempt to get in touch bearing in mind they sent the second kit out 4 weeks ago! But they were happy to have my money and do no work for it of course! All they could do is send me a new kit, so here we are 6 weeks later and back to square one.Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere, this one may never arrive....
