Zain at o2 shop in Hemel rendered excellent service to my husband and I today.
He saved the day as he found a quick interim solution to a damaged sim card and later replaced the sim card with a new one. He was very patient and professional.

Went in to stores today with issues not being able to access my O2 got fobbed off with they can't help or won't is more the impression I got for him and the other woman sat at a desk couldn't even pull her head out of her phone

I was having problems with my o2 sim, messages calls we?re not working, but Laura the superstar helped me get my phone back to normal and helped me with my Apple Watch
+ helped my dad save some money on his contract! Very knowledgeable and I can?t thank her enough for her patience with me and dad

Awful service. Several weeks ago I booked my phone in to be repaired out of warranty, and was told in store that it would cost me £66 to have it repaired, which I paid in store. It came back unrepaired, and the store advised me to send it off again to have it replaced, and today, after being without the phone for nearly a month, I am told that the money I paid was just to inspect the phone and not to repair it, which will cost more than another £100. I have asked them not to proceed with the repair, and to refund my £66 seeing as I was wrongly advised what that money was for, but they just simply can't do that. Useless.

The staff rather sit around having personal conversations on company time instead of assist customers. They?re literally getting paid to socialize! It?s the reason as my contracts expire I?m leaving O2 it?s just my mom and wife lines left and I can?t wait for the contracts to finish so I can go! When there?s no customer appreciation there?s no need to be a customer!!!

Bought my first Smart phone last week... information and sales excellent, no pressure to purchase any particular make, or price, just very helpful customer service all round. Would recommend to anyone.

Popped in with my 19 year old daughter who spoke on her own behalf and was intending on leaving 3 and finding a deal with 02. wow the service in this store is another level TERRIBLE! 3 people in store couldn?t be interested in engaging, after finally asking for help we were given a quote that when we got to the payment stage were informed we were misquoted. The sales assistant was rude with my daughter asking me how old is she when she should have engaged directly. Popped next door to another store and had a better service. We are a house of 3 customers who will now NOT BE TRANSFERRED to 02. SIMPLE TO SEE WHY PEOPLE DO EVERYTHING ONLINE.

I had a really pleasant experience in this store. A young lad served me, he was extremely helpful. I needed help understanding my contract options. He was very patient and made sure I knew what I was doing with my phone. This was on Friday the 21st. I asked him his name and he said Tom. Very happy with service

I wasn't very happy with my experience. There was a lady that served me. She was very abrupt and quite rude. I felt as though she didn't want to be there, she was very impatient. I won't be returning to the store. I believe her name was Rihanna. I think she should look at changing her job, as she isn't a very helpful person.

I went into 02 shop Hemel today with my sister, neither of us are good with technology we were served by a young lad Daniel he was very helpful and patient with me & my sister and sorted the issues with my sisters mobile. A great asset to that shop.
