We entered the store today and asked for two bagels we were told by the man in the video that he wasn?t serving and that we should ask one of his colleagues. He clearly did not want to serve us a white woman and an Asian man entered and he served them both from the bakery section, which is next to the bagels. This man did not want to serve us based on whatever prejudices he had but chose to serve other people do not want to come here again if people are not treated the same.

Mid muffins, good coffee and freindly staff. The muffins are a tad stodgy but they're fresh and obviously homemade. The coffee is smooth and tasty, the staff are lovely and accommodating. The toilet was a bit awkward and hard to use with accessibility needs
