I rarely visit McDonald's, occasionally with my children. The only available ordering screen wigged out and only on the 3rd attempt (10 minutes later) to enter the whole order did it offer for me to pay at the till. Then 10 minutes to pay for my food +15 minutes for it to arrive at the table. I have never received a burger so cold, probably below room temperature. Luckily my kids food was within food safety standards (just) or I would have lost my sizzle. I didn't eat the burger and had to complain later as we were now running late. Well at at least they offered me a big mac for £2.99, yeah, cheers for that. I won't be returning.

Standard McDonalds. Bit of a challenge ordering food in the drive through as the person serving could not understand English. Took about 5 attempts but got there in the end

This is another a mcdonald's that has poor management. Takes ages for your food and is unclean. The manager is rude ( visit on 28.12.24) not willing to listen to all the disgruntled customers. Why is the food expensive and cold when you get it..... avoid

Though they say they are open 24/7 only drive through is open. They've shut down the restaurant by 10 without any notice. Given their location anyone who comes to use this would be left without ability to use the facilities. Very dissaponted. You could see the staff is just enjoying their time. Leving the customers to suffer. Hope you'll consider leaving the facilities open in the future.

Must be one of the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Perfect service advice at the counter. Service was quick. All the staff were friendly. Toilets were clean.
Parking: Great location littery just off the A41, Bourne END.
Kid-friendliness: Kid's love this place.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can easily manoeuvre around.

The food was atrocious, cold and tasteless, even taking the burger back the microwave must be broken as the cheese didn't melt, the fries were cold and no apology from the staff!

Parking: At maylands the McDonald's car park is busy usually fills up and can be full Especially on Sundays. You have people from the gym parking which is annoying!
