I pulled up to the drive thru speaker to order on my motorcycle, it says on the corporate website that motorcycles are welcome. I was just ignored while cars were continuing to be served in the ordering bay opposite.
Why not just tell me through the speaker that you dont serve motorcycles instead of ignoring me?

Always items missing from the order or they send wrong items! The food and especially the chips are always cold!
If you order through the app, they don?t even give you a refund!
BUT? The manager is really good and helpful. This time I had a burger missing from the delivery order and as he didn?t have a driver to send the item and I couldn?t get a refund through the app, he asked if I can drive there to get it and when I arrived, he apologized, he gave me the missing item plus a big pack of chips and a pack of chicken nuggets!
It wasn?t his fault about the missing item but he was trying his best to help!

good servis via the app only critisim is how can they cook something when you place order but the burger and fries are still cold.
Parking: had 2 disabled bays which was very help full.

I ordered a Big tasty with large fries and a milk shake I live not even a mile from the restaurant when I got home the Chips were stone cold they had given me a chicken Burger, and the large milkshake cup was only half full
I feel ripped off, I own a pub and will be telling all my Customers to steer clear of this restaurant absolutely discussing ??

Mohan is such a friendly and helpful guy. He always has a smile on his face and can not do enough to help!! The food is always hot and fresh here, the mcflurries are the nicest in the area!

I ordered a grilled chicken and BBQ wrap but they had sent me a sweet chilli and crispy chicken wrap. They always that they are understaffed but they never read the order properly and this isn?t the first time I?ve been sent a different item to the one I ordered. It?s utterly disgraceful and they could potentially kill someone with their lack of respect and lack of sense of food allergies. What would happen if I had an allergy to chicken or sweet chilli I could have ended up in hospital or even worse dead. I would recommend NEVER ordering from them on Uber Eats as they always get your order wrong.
