Found the staff disgusting.Guy who was collecting the money through the drive through was picking his nose and touching his face and rubbing his hands. When confronted he was rude and denied us our order.

The amount of times I have got home, opened the bag and realised they have forgotten something is insane.
If I added up all the things I have paid for that they have forgotten to put in my bag I could probably buy a car with that money.

Typical McDonalds, plenty of parking etc. Be warned the drive through has not been opened on a number of occasions due to supposed system update. Did query this with one of the managers as i was told to wait in the parking lot for the update to be done but the car in the next lane went ahead and collected their order. Was told it?s none of my business and that i need to move on otherwise they will be calling the police! Left us in shock & we decided to go elsewhere as this was the manager threatening us & went from 0 to 100 on a power trip.

So we went here to get some food at 00:40, everything is closed, you can?t order drive through, there are cones put up there inside you can?t go and app doesn?t work for this location, employees are rude and doesn?t give any explanation

I order a lot from this McDonald's and the service is awful. 9 out of 10 deliveries are missing something.
The tea always comes without milk and the burgers without ketchup.
I had enough. Awful service.

Horrific. The ?lady?, and I use that term very loosely, on the drive through was so rude. Maybe you can act like that where you come from, but not in this country love. Get some manners or get out.

Another Delivery order that turns up cold. Also, what is the point of paying for source when they never put it in your bag? I ordered chicken selects with four sauces paid all the money and didn?t deliver any of the sauce

I visited to MC Donald?s last night after watching a film with my sister and partner. My sister wanted 6 nuggets and my partner and I hadn?t decided what we wanted to do we decided to wait to order and allow my sister to order.
We used the drive through as the app was down for all restaurants in and around Hemel Hempstead. We ordered the 6 nuggets and treated very well at the point of order and paying. When we collected the nuggets the server asked for sauce options which my sister requested sweet and sour. The server gave 1 sauce and my sister requested another. The server then refused and said no she can only have 1 which I thought originally was a joke. I said can we have the sauce which he again refused and repeated you only ordered 6 nuggets so you only need 1. I offered to pay which he said ?yeah that?s 20 pence. I said yes but I need a car machine to which he said no. He then told me if you want sauce I can get out the car and go inside or go back round to order the sauce and pay. When I said that ridiculous and I won?t move on because it?s not fair. He shouted to someone to ?call the police? I have not felt so embarrassed. I am disabled so getting out of the car is not an option. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I left feeling like I had just encountered a bully.
