I am Mark Spencer customer . I am shopping from different branches . Unfortunately staff are very rude at Hemel Hempstead , I decided to stop shopping from Hemel . You are very quiet because cashier and other staffs are very rude . I paid at till at 9:29 .(09.08.25). ( my clothes are black .) . I paid £147.95 . Cashier shouted at me insert your card .its very rude . Before I paid I asked sorry this is how much . She shouted at me price is in front of you . It?s very rude . She is not suitable to work in Marks . Before I came to till . I ask the guy : Can you help me to check three prices before I go fitting room . He suggested to me check your self please . Price comes up. He is polite and nice . . Suddenly another lady jump and shouted at me go till , go till , don?t use the machine , she is very rude . She is not allowed to force customer not use machine go till . Then I go fitting room . She quickly come to fitting room and fight with me . It?s shame . Please check camera and fire these rude staff . Soon you loose many customers if they work there .

What's not to like about M&S, and a lot of their food prices are comparable to other popular supermarkets, and the quality is great.

Marks & Spencer is a solid store for quality food and clothes. They have a good variety of fresh products and the clothing is nice, though a bit pricey. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. Overall, it?s a good place to shop if you?re looking for something a bit more premium.

Bad customer service

I was literally just in M&S Hemel Hempstead branch upstairs in the Men?s section with my disabled mother who was in her mobility scooter, when the sales assistant an elderly woman with blonde hair with her reading glasses having nice cosy chat with her colleague, blocking the self service check out with her product stock trolley making us wait! My mum had to then ask, can someone serve us and she responded with an attitude ?that?s what we?re here for?. Then she tells my mum whilst she?s in her mobility scooter she should have had a basket, and my mum answered back saying how will my scooter hold a basket? Sales assistant went quiet cause she obviously couldn?t answer the question being completely rude. As a sales representative she seemed as if she does not enjoy her job and made our experience as customers very uncomfortable and upsetting. I will not be coming back to this branch! Sort it out!
