Held a baby shower here on Saturday 9th August and the service was amazing. Elliot and his team were attentive and helpful from my very first enquiry to the moment I left. We had a separate space which was laid out perfectly. The buffet food was amazing and everyone in attendance throughly enjoyed it. I was informed every step of the way as to the food being sent to the kitchen to the cake being brought out to us to them tidying away. I will definitely recommend here for an occasion or just a drink and food. We will certainly be back. Thank you again Elliot and team

We popped in here around 5 pm, midweek. There were about 7 people in total drinking. The atmosphere was lack lustre as you can imagine. We had an Aspall cider and a medium wine topped up with lemonade. I imagine, this place is rather more busy at weekends. One other thing, the pub is dog friendly.

One year has passed, but the food and service are as excellent as they were last year. Roast are delicious, portions are generous and service is perfect!

We were a party of 5 celebrating an 80th birthday. Abby was our server and she was excellent, very attentive and pleasant. We had a cake and she arranged to bring it in after our meal. The food was great and we had a lovely time.

The place was hired out for an anniversary and a 1st birthday celebration and we had the best experience there? Andrea and Holly delivered excellent customer service and so did all the other waiting staff? All the food that was served tasted amazing and everyone was given their right order in a timely manner? would 100% recommend this place for a function or even for an intimate meal? 5stars all round from me :)

We had a wonderful lunch at the Marchmont Arms. Our waitress, Zoe, was knowledgeable and helpful with allergens and really lovely. The food was excellent as was the service. Zoe also took some beautiful family photos for us. We will be visiting again. Highly recommend!

We popped into The Marchmont Arms for a drink and dessert. We were shown to our table and served by a lovely waitress called Zoe. She was delightful, knowledgeable, and pleasant without being overbearing.
There was a good selection of gins and tonics and we had a trio of desserts to accompany them.
Our bill came promptly on request and Zoe was cheerful to the end of our experience.
A lovely evening definitely improved by our waitress.
